  • 1 Tbsp golden caster sugar
  • 10 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless (approx. 400 g), cut in pieces (2 cm)

  • 8 slices white bread
  • 200 g plain yoghurt
