Lemon Feta
- 1 lemon, thin peelings of skin only, no white pith
- 200 g feta cheese, cut in pieces (2 cm)
- 20 g lemon juice (approx. ½ lemon)

- 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1000 g rump steak, cut in pieces (2-3 cm)
- 240 g tinned kidney beans, rinsed and drained (1 x 400 g tin)
- 2 - 3 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only, for garnishing
