Meatballs

• 40 g bread, fresh or stale, cut in pieces
• 80 g milk
• 6 - 12 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only

• 600 g tinned chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp fine sea salt
• 1 pinch ground black pepper
