Chunky slaw
- 1 garlic clove
- 160 g broccoli, peeled stem and florets, cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 2 spring onions/green onions, trimmed, cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 200 g Chinese cabbage (wombok), cut into pieces ( 5 cm)
- 1 fresh jalapeño chilli, deseeded, cut into pieces
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 60 g buttermilk
- 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

- 6 burger buns, brioche, lightly toasted
- 100 g grated cheddar cheese, to serve
