Satay sauce
- 20 g tamari
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

- 300 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into strips (approx. 1 x 1 cm)

- 200 g cauliflower, broken into florets (approx. 3 cm)
- 200 g white cabbage, cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 - 2 tsp sambal oelek (see Tips)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 2 tsp curry powder (see Tips)
- 150 g red capsicum, cut into pieces (1-2 cm)
- 1 stalk celery, cut into pieces (1-2 cm)
- 300 g water
- 10 medium raw prawns, peeled, deveined and cut into halves
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 4 tomatoes, cut into slices, to serve
- ½ continental cucumber, cut into slices, to serve
