Ssamjang sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 spring onions/shallots, trimmed and cut into halves
- 40 g soy paste (or soy bean paste - see Tips)
- 1 tbsp chilli paste (see Tips)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
