- 4 Gelatineblätter
- 200 g Schlagobers, 30-40% Fett, kühlschrankkalt

- 30 g Crema di Balsamico
- 1 Msp. Zimt, gemahlen
- 300 g Zwetschken, frisch, entsteint, halbiert und 3 für die Dekoration
- 6 Walnusshälften zur Dekoration
- 3 - 4 Zweige frischer Oregano, Blättchen abgezupft
