To ensure the normal and stable operation of the platform or to implement relevant functions, we integrate third-party SDKs on our website and in the App. The types of personal information collected by each SDK and their purposes are detailed in the third-party shared personal information list in the full text of the Privacy Policy. The main SDKs include:
Ali Cloud message service, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Sensors Data, Algolia, Authing, Grafana, Onetrust, Tencent Automotive Service, Alipay Client SDK (Alipay), Vorwerk Official e-Shop and Ali Cloud Mobile Push.
Access and correction: After logging in, click the icon in the upper-right corner of the App to access and correct your personal information.
Deletion: Submit a deletion request to us through the contact information set out in “How to Contact Us” below.
Withdraw your consent: Withdraw your authorization through the corresponding settings function, or grant or withdraw your consent at any time through the contact information below.
Cancel an account: Cancel your account via the App's upper-right corner icon → Account Settings → Delete Account, or contact our Service Center (the deletion request will be completed within 15 days).
